The visit was on time. Dr. Nichols did a great job explaining everything. The procedure was relatively quick and easy. He also has a great sense of humor. The woman at the front desk was so very helpful. All and all, the visit was one of the better visits to Drs in a very long time!

Dr Nichols was ok, but the office is unorganized, "going through changes" mainly personnel, and can't answer the phone, can't send your phx on time, can't submit a claim, can't rectify a claim. The did not send my initial claim to my insurance, try to send my the bill 5 months later. However, they managed to submit the bill for the colonoscopy correctly. Nobody in that office knows whats going on. I would stay far away.

Very professional. Listed to what my problem was, then thoroughly explained what he could do for me and what my options were. He did the procedure in his office the same day. Very nice and friendly. Very friendly staff. In and out in less than an hour. Problem solved, no more pain!
