Dr. Newcomer made me able to walk again with little to no pain!!! Thank you so much . He performed a total hip replacement on June 22 of this year and I was able to walk with no pain after two weeks. It is a miracle.

Everything with the surgery went well I think Dr. newcomer is highly qualified. After surgery visits we are accommodating but at times I wished I could’ve seen Dr. newcomer a little more often but no he’s very busy

He repaired my shoulder from a ski accident. He only recommended surgery after therapy for months wasn’t working. I had a full rotator cuff tear, bicep tear & broken clavicle. I completely recovered 100 percent within 4 months (of course I was faithful to my therapy afterwards & the therapists were great too!) & went back to skiing!! He was thorough & cautious!

My knee from the first week was not bending to the degree the therapist thought it should. I ended up in Critical Care in St. Francis in Peoria with blood clots. I had called his office with complaints but they were ignored. Then Dr. Newcomer wanted to do a knee manipulation knowing I had clots. My other doctors freaked out. With clots you cannot be put under. I will have to wear a special made brace for months. I've now spoke with other people he did surgery on that are dissatisfied.

Would give zero stars if possible. He sent me home from the ER with a severely broken leg, I found out later from 2 different hospital workers that he's notorious for not wanting to do surgery on the weekends. His bedside manner was beyond terrible. He was literally drumming his hands on the rail of my hospital bed, shaking me when I had a shattered leg. After enduring the most painful weekend of my life, I was finally readmitted to the hospital and assigned a different surgeon. Stay away!

Dr. Newcomer is such a caring Doctor. He did replacements on both my knees a year apart. I had absolutely no problems and would highly recommend him. I walk without pain and never regret my decision about the surgery. Dr. Newcomer listens, explains everything in a manner for you to understand and the thing I like most about him is he always made me feel like I was important as his patient. I didn't feel like I was just another number. He is a very confident, qualified Doctor I highly recommend.
