I Certainly Would
Doctor Khouri Was My Internist MD For Over 30 Years, Due To Moving Further Away From His Office & My Health Condition, I Had To Seek Health Care Closer To Home, About 50 Miles From Dr. Khouri's Office. Doctor Khouri and His Office Staff Is An ' A+ ' Highly Professional, Friendly and Caring Health Caregiver. I Would Reccomend Dr. Khouri & Staff To Anyone In The World.

The past couple of visits with Dr. Khouri were not the worst however not sure why I have been loyal to this office. You would think that there would atleast be some bond between you and your PCP. It feels that he doesn't listen thoroughly to my concerns; kind of like I'm bothering him or wasting his time by being there. His demeanor is far from friendly. I have asked for several prescriptions to address issues I have and he ignores and just tells me to try something else which never works. That's it ... moving on!

I have been requesting a refill for my albuterol (emergency asthma inhaler) for weeks. I have called multiple times and they have always found a reason as to why they have failed to have it refilled. I am changing doctors simply because they are so disorganized that they can't send my meds to the pharmacy. I have visited the office within the last 6 months so there are no excuses.

Dr, Khouri was my doctor for 14 years and he was very thorough and straight forward. Great bedside manner, competent, and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Khoury saved my life in 1996 when he discovered I had cancer after four other doctors failed to spend the time or effort to find out what was really wrong with me. He always does what is needed and thinks ahead to keep me healthy.

Dr. Khouri has been my Internist for over 30 years. I wouldn't go to anyone else. First, he found my parotid gland tumor, when other physicians prior to him did not. He also found my thyroid nodule! I honestly trust him with my life. He has an amazing personality, but he's not in this business to be everyones best friend. He has a job to do and he gets it done. I respect him, and I trust him. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Khouri does not do a very thorough job during examinations. I have, on several occasions left his office without having blood or urine samples being prescribed only to later have to return (and pay) to have samples taken. I have seen him for years and each time I leave wondering why Emory hasn't eased him out. I get the impression that he does not keep current with the latest medical updates, probably prefers to spend his time on more personal matters. I would most definitely NOT recommend.

I have seen him for years and find him to be wonderful. He doesn't have the best bedside manner but that is not important to me as I would rather have an honest, smart, and helpful doctor. He prescribes medicine when necessary but will also suggest diet, exercise, and physical therapy to fix the root of the problem. I suffered problems from a car wreck and he has very effectively helped me with my recovery and treatment, even his timeline on how long it would take was almost dead on!

I went to see Dr. Khouri, and was highly dissatisfied. He was extremely rude and lacks bedside manner. The entire appointment was about me being overweight and he began by looking at me and said "why are you that size?". Granted every doctor has this conversation but there is a way to say it. He also kept pushing medications instead of trying to give me advice on how to naturally take care of my health. He said "we are honest here", no you sir are a jerk.. And he answered his phone during appt.

Dr. Khouri has been my Doctor for many years! I have received great care from him. His Assistant Tan is patient, kind and listens well to help deliver correct information. I have Never had to wait more than 15 minutes, if that, for any of my appointments. It has been more than 15 years since l have been going to Dr. Khouri and l had to increase my visits over the last 7 years. I appreciate the care that Dr. Khouri has offered me. I recommend Dr. Khouri! Thanks!

I've been sick for about a year. He's done nothing and when I complain they tell me to come back in. Don't expect one on one attention. They want you in and out whether your better or not.

My husband went due to an experience over the weekend that was unsettling. Dr Khoyri was unsympathetic and dismissed my husband as if his concern was nonsense. We asked very little of his time but he made the statement that he had to go when we explained that we had two other symptoms to discuss. He left the room in a huff and we left embarrassed and with no answers. No test or blood work were done. Nothing.
