Arrogant, disinterested
Comes across as arrogant and not really interested. Passed me off to his "interns" and stopped following my case. Save yourself some time - look elsewhere

Avoid at all Costs
Unbelievably horrible experience. The worst doctor I've ever encountered. I was experiencing some hair loss postpartum. I went to Dr. English to get a professional opinion. He took one visual look at my scalp and diagnosed me with a very rare, permanent and serious hair loss disease. Zero testing, no labs, no biopsy. Just threw out this devastating diagnosis like it was the common cold and offered to start injection therapy right there on the spot. Thank goodness my husband and I were trying to conceive again so I declined the injections and said I would have to follow up after the next baby. My hair all grew back with time - proving his diagnosis incorrect and his treatment plan completely reckless. This man should not be allowed to practice.

I would have given 0 stars, but must give at least one. I spent two days and numerous calls trying to reach someone to schedule an appointment with Dr. English. When I finally reached a staff member, I was told that I would need to examined by a PA. I told her that I want the exam performed by a Doctor, not an assistant. When I asked why, I was told that Dr. English refers all his patients to a PA. Unbelievable!

Very unprofessional. His narrative distorted the truth. Totally regret making the appointment. Sadly, I did NOT research enough. HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. English and his staff where very caring, knowledgeable and courteous. I did not have a long wait before I was taken into the exam area and was given almost immediate attention by his roomers. The PA was great along with Dr. English himself. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. English and his staff to any friend or family. Thank you to Dr. English and his staff.
