He explains things and is easy to talk to.
Down to earth and friendly atmosphere. The doctor listens and gives direct answers. The office is small and comfortable and easy to get to without a lot of traffic. If you have any difficulty walking you'll appreciate being able to park close to the door.

I had a bunionectomy and a hammer toe surgery on one foot. Now that foot is one full size shorter than my other foot and 3/4" wider. I cannot find shoes, because my good foot is a 9 1/2 narrow and my left foot is 8 1/2 wide! I loose my balance, and now the bunion is growing back. I cannot bend the toe on that foot either. It's like the joint for the 2 bones in that toe are welded together. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.

Dr DiPrima was recommended by a friend. I had been to 2 other podiatrists over the years, but needed a fresh approach after having worsening foot pain for the last 2 years. Being in health care myself, I appreciated his friendly, professional manner, and he was able to hone in on a solution quickly. I now have no pain and highly recommend him.

Dr. DiPrima listens and thoroughly checks and discusses your medical issue with you; I felt very confident with Dr. DiPrima treating my foot injury. He does not rush treatment and ensures you properly recover rather than re-injure. I am very happy with the treatment I received and thankful Dr. DiPrima takes the time to make sure you heal.

I have been under Dr. DiPrima’s care for the last few months. He came highly recommended by my primary care physician. At each appointment, he saw me within a few minutes of my arrival. Dr DiPrima is very personable and extremely patient, taking time to throughly answer all of my questions, never making me feel rushed. His office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. DiPrima had taken a conservative, step by step approach, successfully treating my foot ailment. In the end, he prescribed custom orthotics which have allowed me to move around like I use to, prior to having a foot issue. Thank you, Dr. DiPrima!

I had some very painful swelling on the back of my right heel, and could barely walk, so I decided to seek out medical help. At age 65, this was my first visit to a foot doctor, and I was sure I was going to get a lecture about not having taken care of my feet for all those years. Fortunately, in finding Dr. DiPrima I found someone who was non-judgmental. He listened to my symptoms, examined me, and then took an x-ray of my foot, revealing the bone spurs which were causing the pain. He prescribed PT exercises, along with an anti-inflammatory. He also took the time to educate me about my specific foot problem, causes and treatments. He had a very relaxed demeanor and did not seem rushed like many doctors are today. After three visits, I can honestly say that I am pain free. I am so glad he is the doctor I chose, and I can verify that the 5-star ratings he receives are real. I would recommend him highly, and in fact I already have, to family members and friends. Thank-you Dr. DiPrima!

The orthotic insoles Dr. DiPrima prescribed for me are wonderful. 10/10. Since I started wearing them two weeks ago, my posture is better, my stride smoother, I can stay on my feet longer, and I've even lost weight since I can once more go for an evening stroll after work. He has two locations; Greece and Fairport. Highly recommend.

I had bunion pain for a period of time. Dr. DiPrima recommend a hot\cold treatment. I honestly thought it wouldn't be helpful. I did though follow his instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the treatment was successful!. Have not needed to go back. But definitely will should I have foot issues in the future

I saw Dr. DiPrima after my primary care physician recommended him for chronic pain in my foot. He took his time, and answered all of my questions. I needed a steroid injection for inflammation. I am happy to report that the swelling resolved in a few days, and I am pain free. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Waited for a month to obtain an appt. Arrived on time. Waited 45 minutes...was about to leave when called. Went to see him because of numbness in the balls of both feet, that was terrible pain by the end of the day..He was with me for approximately 45 minutes, including X-Ray and he never once put his hands on my feet. Tickled them, checked for circulation with a blood pressure cuff, but never once touched them. Left with no exercises or suggestions for pain. Get a blood test was recommended. I received a bill today which he charged $250.00 just for the consultation, plus $130.00 for the x-rays. I have cancelled my follow up appt and cannot recommend him. I have found more relieve and suggestions from the massage therapist for $35.00.

Toenail fungus brought me to Dr. DiPrima's office. Dr. DiPrima put me on a course to treat my toenail fungus. He explained that it takes a while to clear up and one needs to be very disciplined with the treatment. I did as he said and I am now fungus free. Dr. DiPrima is very experienced in his profession. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs podiatry help.

For almost a year I suffered from escalating pain from plantar fasciitis in my left foot and was sure I was headed toward surgery. I did the insurance company "checklist"-anti inflammatories, ice, orthotics, a boot cast, PT, etc with no improvement. I had read a little about ESWT on the internet and asked my podiatrist about it and he referred me to Dr. DiPrima. I had noticeable improvement after the second treatment which continued to improve after each treatment. I had moderate pain during the first procedure, but not after. Subsequent treatments resulted in very little pain. I was 90% improved after 4-5 treatments. I highly recommend this procedure. If my problem recurs I will have this treatment much earlier and am sorry I waited so long.

I wrote the following recommendation for Dr. DiPrima on April 23 and, unfortunately, had a typo. It should read: " I'M NOW PAIN FREE." Dr. DiPrima is an excellent foot doctor and I highly recommend him if you are having foot issues. I tried to delete my comment but unfortunately, that is not an option with Healthgrades. My testimonial should read: I went to Dr. DiPrima over a year ago due to arthritis pain in my toes and plantar fasciitis. I'm pleased to report that with cortisone shots for the arthritis pain and orthotics for my plantar fasciitis, I'm NOW pain free. My next appointment is in a year but know if need be, I can get in to see...Read More
