32+ years ago in an ER of a small hospital he greeted me by injecting a needle that took away close to 24 hours of pain. An ER service delivered me hospital and had called the doctor that I had recently contacted for a heart physical. Dr. Soto explained that he had taken over my doctor's request to look in on me. He cleared blockage of that caused the pain, arranged by-pass surgery and has managed to keep my heart working with advice and multiple STENT insertions since.

Insensitive, no sugar coating, blunt and gives up easily.
