No other Dr. that I've seen for the past 20 yrs here at Providence has actually cared for my well being as Dr. Hernandez has done in the past 4 yrs. Looking for a doc that actually cares, Dr. Hernandez, no doubt!

Dr Hernandez has been my primary for 3 years now. Speaking as a person who gets nauseous at the thought of merely walking into a hospital, he has such a calming presence. If you're looking for a great doctor, who isn't intimidating or scary, this is the guy.

Dr. Hernandez appears to be more interested in the fees than in the patient. After the appointment, communication is horrible and only through intermediaries such as the pharmacy when he starts denying refills -- that's his subtle way of getting you to come back in earlier than agreed. Then there are the horrible wait times. I was once left in the room so long that I truly thought they forgot I was there and came out to make sure. I will be getting another doctor. He won't be hard to replace.
