The Worst Doctor I have ever encountered
I encountered 35 doctors in my medical saga towards a real diagnosis, and Dr Ross was the only one who was cruel, rude, and incompetent. He seemed angry that he was called to the hospital on a consult, did not examine me, insulted me, and left in minutes. I received a lot of bad care, but Ross was the only one that I questioned how he still had his medical license. If I saw him again, I'd likely retaliate.

Rude
First visit was great. Second visit not so much. I checked the patient portal after the second visit. He said I was eccentric and that I somatize constantly. Well, my symptoms are real. Also, he blocked my access to the patient portal after this last visit. I so wish I could write derogatory words about him. Oh, I do like his accent. Looking for a new neurologist.

Worst experience with a physician
I was going to see Ross one week after having my first ever seizure. Obviously I was at a vulnerable place mentally and I went to this guy with hopes he could help me get answers. I was at rock bottom. From the moment he walked into the exam room, he gave off a certain level of arrogance that rubbed me the wrong way. Throughout the exam, he was short and abrupt, questioned the legitimacy of my past medical history and scoffed when I misspoke. I have never had such a poor experience with a healthcare provider in my life and I work in the healthcare field. I would never recommend going to this guy.Ross, if you see this, be better dude. I get it, you think you’re so cool because people call you doctor and you probably make stupid money, but you’re not worth a dime. These patients, myself included, are going to you because we are entrusting our health in you and need you at our lowest points in life. Again, be better dude because you’re pretty terrible at your job right now.

I went to the ER 3 times in 4 days for my terrible nerve pain. I was given many different medications and none of them helped. After Dr. Ross came to the hospital where I was staying. He checked my condition very thoroughly and prescribed the correct medication. After that miracle happened I don’t have any pain. I can go back to my normal life and enjoy everything. He is such a wonderful Dr. that I can rely on. Now I will continue to follow up with him. Thanks to him for everything he did and is doing for me.

Terrible
After visiting him twice, he explained to me that if I just stop thinking about my symptoms they will go away. When I asked him what type of side effects that he would see in a patient with a certain type of neurological disease, he suggested that I go to medical school to find out. I should have learned my lesson after the first visit, but I thought everyone deserves a second chance. He has no business practicing.

My daughter just left his office in tears thanks to his lack of bedside manner and no offer of help with her symptoms. Basically told her to “move on with her life”.

Didn't feel like he had that much to offer in terms of explaining my symptoms. One comment he made was that he never met a patient with the symptom I have, therefore I shouldn't worry about that symptom.
