I am a professional classical pianist and dedicated athlete who broke a thumb and sprained the other in a skiing accident. Except for a nightmare of scheduling, initially the surgery and aftercare went superbly .I scrupulously followed doctors recommendations. A month into recovery I awoke to sudden pain and disfigurement. An emergency visit, though clearly in extreme distress, was written off as "patient appears well, healing normally". My concerns and questions were dodged. A necessary second opinion provided a superior detailed analysis and I terminated aftercare. 5 months in, I am in constant pain in both thumbs and badly disfigured. My professional and personal activities are seriously compromised. I am looking at a second operation to restore less compromised functioning.

Dr Pribaz and his team could not have been better. I've been to SSO for two hip and one knee replacement. I've come to expect a high level of care, communication and respect. Dr. Pribaz represents another link In the chain of quality care I expect at SSO. Thank you all for your help.

Doctor Pribaz was recommended by Doctor McConville as my issue this time had to do with my right hand and elbow. Doctor Pribaz listened to the issues I was having, and did a thorough exam. He then Explained clearly what was going on with my elbow and hand .
