The Best Physicians' Office Experience Ever!
If only I could give this practice 10 stars I would! What an amazing experience! First of all, I was having rather severe knee pain, and Plymouth Bay Orthopedics gave me an appointment two weeks out. I called SSO (South Shore Orthopedics) on Monday morning, they called me back immediately, and I got an appointment for Tuesday morning. They took my health history over the phone, which I greatly appreciated. I arrived 10 minutes early and was called back 5 minutes later. I had X-rays immediately and only waited 5 minutes to go into an examination room. Dr. Sunkin came in after 5 more minutes, assessed my problem, explained my options, and gave me a cortisone shot per my wishes. I truly felt that my time was worth something, and that the doctors, PA's and staff went to great effort to stay on time. Whoever dictates that patient time is important deserves major kudos! Honestly, if all doctors' offices ran like this one, the world would be a much better place! My sincere thanks,
