Best Family Doctor
Dr Klein is very caring and friendly, some might not like his humors, but i find it funny. He is an amazing Doctor, he know his stuffs! He make sure you get the right medications and check to see if you take them on your next visit. The Staff are very friendly but sometime they're busy so i don't fault them for not starting a conversation or smiling when i arrived. Steve Le is the best, he always answer my texts and setup my appointments and reminding me of my up coming appontment days before to make sure i remember.

Dr. Klein is OK - as others have reported, he is very forthright and somewhat opinionated, but that style is fine by me. The real problem is the horrible administration of the office. You simply can't get a human being on the phone. I have been trying for 10 days - literally - and can't get anything other than a voice mailbox. I was able to get through once the week before last, and they promised to send me my test results -- but I never received them. Time to move to another practice.

The best doctor I have ever had. He is an amazing diagnostician. He has never over prescribed, in fact, he is very careful about that. He is tenacious and will not let it go until he knows the problem.

I liked Dr. Klein until he unfairly discharged me from his practice and care. Discharged is also short for abandonment. Who needs a doctor who does not trust them and reacts in a knee jerk manner without getting your side of the story. Office Manager Sophie is rude and miserable, get another job if you hate it that much. Steve Le the practice administrator is equally horrible!

I have never in my life been to such an irresponsible and negligent Doctor. Dr. Klein prescribed me 13 medications at once- 3 of which were antidepressants. When my family noticed my behavior was off they tried to contact him repeatedly and never received a return call. My family was thinking of suing Dr. Klein due to his negligent behaviors- they still may.

I lost my confidence in his practice. He didn't spend enough time with me to properly diagnose symptoms. I wound up at an emergency clinic the following day and tests were ordered. It was because of the visit to a different practice that I was properly diagnosed and treated. I was asked to follow up with Dr. Klein and the same panel of blood work was run by their lab to follow up on the other practice's findings. The billing manager also does not respond to messages. I am looking for a new dr.
