Dr. Oltman office
Dr. Oltman and his nurses does a good job. But the rest of his staff really needs a lot of improvements. Can’t hardly talk to anyone about referrals or prior authorizations. And whoever does the prior authorizations does not check their work. They put down stuff you don’t have And when they do referral it could be a month or so before they send it out.

While treating my mother in law he did not listen to my concerns about swelling in her legs which was a blood clot that resulted in a devistating stroke I have absolutely no confidence in him. Arrogant beyond belief

I feel it's easy to get into Dr. Jonas for your initial visit but the follow up is very poor! I have had two occasions where I was to hear back on some blood work and never got a call. I think the care coordinator is very hard to get a hold of and you can never get a live person to talk to! If you only have the option to leave a message and they never return there calls. Very disappointed and I am now in the process of looking for a new primary care provider.

We are new to the area and we've been seeing Dr. Jonas Oltman because we couldn't get into Dr. Derek Earl. Both my husband and I see Dr. Jonas. I personally have felt that he has helped with my medical problems, med checks and other medical screenings that he felt were necessary, He listens to me and will help me with my concerns,. I am very heavy and I have not felt threatened by what he may say about my weight.

Dr. Jonas Is A Great Doctor, And A Good Man. However, His staff that he has at the from desk, are very very rude and unprofessional. The supervisor does Not care about patients and their need for treatment whatever.
