Dr. Jon Keim, MD

I saw Dr. Keim at Patient First in Collegeville, PA. He was extremely rude, inattentive and condescending. I was there seeking treatment for a herniated disc in my neck. I had excruciating pain radiating down my left arm. When I explained that to him, he said it looked like I was moving my neck just fine. (In his condescending tone). I asked him to prescribe something for the pain and he simply said 'No, I am not going to prescribe anything.' I left crying not just because I was in pain but because I couldn't believe the lack of care. In 51 years I have never received worse treatment from a doctor. I think its important for whoever reads this to know how he treats his patients. I ended up at the ER at Phoenixville Hospital where I received treatment for the pain.

Rude. He threw out all these choices at me as if I was the doctor and he was asking me what to do. I had to repeat myself several times. He kept leaning over so casually. Wake up and do your job. I didn't trust him and regret going to urgent care for you know, urgent care.

I thought he was just fine. He explained everything well, took his time, and was certainly friendly. He didn't shake my hand but is that the end of the world? Don't think so.

This guy is a dud. Violates the “do no harm” oath. Earned his degree in the Caribbean. Moves from place to place. Wonder why.

One of the worst doctor visited ever. This doctor is practicing for making money only and writing number of lab work to be completed once lab result comes this doctor never calls or even you call he never responds. It seems he writes lab work to get commission out of it and does not care about patient at all. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. The hospital he works for is also taking any responsive action.
