Arrogant and Unaccountable
Maximandibular Advancement surgery to address sleep apnea. Post surgical care was slow and non-responsive. Staff adopts his arrogant, dismissive attitude. In a follow-up visit, acted too busy to answer a simple question about the procedure. “I can’t summarize 16 years of medical training.” Ha! What a joke.

I went to Dr. Holmes at his Trussville location for a second opinion on a dental implant procedure. He along with his assistant were very thorough and gave some great options to consider. I asked for an estimate of what my patient out of pocket expenses would be and informed the office staff that I did have dental insurance. They sent me an projected estimate by email after a week and a half (which took considerably longer than I expected) and then told me that regardless of insurance coverage,
