Absolutely not!
Absolutely terrible, 100 percent do not recommend. My sister has been seeing sazy since June for her knee. Took her two weeks to get pain meds bc the office kept messing her paperwork up. Had an appointment in beginning of August to get the ok on surgery, it's not almost Halloween, she had the surgery scheduled this morning, get to the hospital and it's been cancelled for the FOURTH time because 'they didn't get an approval from insurance' after she already did pre-op, it was one thing after another with his staff getting everything in line , and they didn't even call her Friday to let her know about the cancellation. And mind you we live in central Arlington, the hospital is in Dallas off of 75 and 635. Not to mention the ridiculous wait times in his office, it's easy a 3 hour ordeal if not longer. Leslie in his office needs to be fired, she cannot and doesn't not do her job effectively or well.

Worst doctor experience
Incompetent staff, doctor has horrible bedside mannerism, no sense of urgency. Please run away, don’t waste your time or copay on this joke of a doctors office.

An old school caring doctor
I called no less than one dozen doctors . I decided to try Dr Sazy even though he was a little further from where I live. I was becoming desperate as no one had any urgency to help me. I already knew I had no more than a 7 to 10 day window to get surgery. Dr Sazy was the only one with a live answering service and not a voicemail system . I was able to find out when I would be able to get someone on the phone and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. When I went for the appointment the next day, I waited a reasonable amount of time and was helped by Leslie until the doctor came in . The doctor took a good amount of time, showing me what the issue was, and proposing how he would fix it. I had written down a list of questions, and he answered every last one . Surgery went well and I am healing nicely .

He is the best!
Hello I am Andrew Hillman from Dallas, Texas. Dr. John Sazy M.D. did a very complex surgery on my wife and as always had an amazing result. He is a genius surgeon. Beware of Prompt visit dates. You want the surgeon that you have to wait for not the one that can see you today.

Let me start out by saying that I would not recommend this doctor due to the fact that both he and his staff are extremely rude and incompetent. I originally went to see Dr. Sazy in Dallas on 6/9/21. Throughout the course of our conversation, Dr. Sazy repeatedly interrupted me and I found his tone to be extremely condescending as well. After I had both X-rays and a CT done, I scheduled an appointment for the first week of July. On 6/30/21 I spoke with a woman named Amy from Dr. Sazy's office in Arlington, she had NO IDEA about the appointment at all. Throughout the call Amy repeatedly interrupted me as well. I rescheduled the appointment for 7/15/21 at 10:30. So on 7/15/21 I check in at 10:25 and start waiting. There were three other people already waiting when I arrived. At 11:05, after waiting for 40 minutes I go up to the receptionist only to find out that Dr. Sazy was not even there, he was in surgery. Find a doctor who is professional and reliable. It's not Dr. Sazy.

I was told he was a great doctor by many patients. I should have known better after the first time I waited 5 hours past my appointment time. He was even 3 hours late to my surgery after changing the time the day before. Here we are 2 yrs. later, and I now have permanent nerve damage due to failed back surgery. Be smart and don't waste your time, and save yourself a lot of pain.

I had lower back surgery on Aug. 5, 1999. I suffered with this pain for about 17 years. Dr. Sazy told me prior to surgery, if I did everything he said, that I would have no more pain. Well. I did exactly what he said and I have had NO pain since! I know that God directed me to Dr. Sazy and so very thankful for that. I have referred 3 or 4 friends and family that have had surgery by him......no complaints! Thank you God and Dr. Sazy.......

2015 I woke up from knee surgery, Dr. Sazy said "by the way while I was in there I performed Micro Fracture surgery. " Two completely different physical therapies. I spent 2 months in a wheelchair. 9 months later (2016) I had Total Knee Replacement. It has now been 1. year and 7 months since my TKR and 2 years 4 months since Dr. Sazy operated on me. Now I have chronic inflammation, chronic pain, and weak ligaments. Don't even get me started on the 7 hour wait times and trying to get a refund.

Dr spent most of my appointment discussing his daughter. She does not want to apply herself because in the end she will inherit his estate. I waited way too long in his office to be done that way. Office staff does not return calls.

No respect for patient time. The wait time for this Dr. and office is off this scale. Its like 5hrs with an appointment. My mother had an appointment at 3pm and when we arrived, we were told that it will be 2 hours before she is seen. Since I took off from work and my mother doesn’t have a car we sat there with my toddler son until 7pm and my mom was still never seen by this doctor. They called her back at 5:55pm and she sat there in the exam room until she walked out at 7pm. never seen dr.
