Best Doctor PERIOD, I've seen in Jax and OP areas.
Great experience and I HATE going to doctors! Dr. Purcell listens, cares, asks questions I would not think about being related. Takes my opinion into consideration and is realistic about his suggestions, but he ALWAYS makes sure I understand. The nurse is a little rough around the edges, but once you get to know her, she's ok. The Front Desk employee is professional but personable, not cold like in other places. Overall, you don't feel like cattle being moved along for payment, which is how too many doctors' offices are now.

Dr.Purcell is the best endocronologist that I have ever had in my 68 years...his very patient, goes thru every detail of my blood work, listens, and explains everything...and I also loved his nurses that work with him.

Rude office staff. An hour in the wait room for a morning appointment and told another patient ahead of us. Patient’s time is perhaps more valuable than the doctor’s or his staff. It is not difficult to start the day on time and finish it on time, called planning.
