I visited with Dr. Roura in April for a lump in my neck. He said I was too young for cancer and he 99% believed it was benign but we should do a very simple procedure to make sure. He had a terrible bedside manner and made me feel like I was being dramatic even being in the office. I had the FNA performed and received a letter in the mail-yes, a letter in the mail; not a phone call, not a follow up visit, that read-positive for papillary carcinoma. I am 23 years old. I received this letter, and not a certified copy, at least a month after the FNA. I had a total thyroidectomy and have not received any education or follow up from Dr. Roura on what this means for me. I have done my own follow up to the office, requested additional blood work they've changed my meds twice without seeing me. I changed my Dr today and they are no less than appalled at this treatment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
