I was a patient for 12 years, but he gave me an ultimatum: pay a late fee or he would waive it but would no longer be my doctor. His nurse had previously agreed to waive the late fee and had processed the waiver. I received a bill for the late fee months later, so I emailed him to explain the situation. I understand the policy, but it was handled unprofessionally. He could have worked with his nurse to prevent further situations, maybe even split the cost with me. An ultimatum was unnecessary.

Doctor Perry has been my primary physician for longer than I can remember. He has helped me through various illnesses and has been spot on. I highly recommend him. He will take the time to listen to what you say and carry on a conversation about your symptoms, possible causes, treatment path, etc. And he is excellent with recommendations for Specialists.
