The guy who schedules appointments has absolutely no customer service. Very short with monotone one or two word responses. No thank you or good bye with this guy.

I have been a patient here for nearly a decade, seeing a PA who I really appreciated. When that PA left the firm, I was transferred to another PA and didn't have the same experience. At the same time, I began having some additional health concerns, and so I asked to see an MD - initially asked to transfer providers, then asked for a single appointment with an MD. Both requests were denied due to 'practice policy.' No additional conversation or points of contact were allowed. I asked multiple times if the only way for me to see an MD was to leave the practice, and that was confirmed. I'm disappointed that the group is so inflexible to what felt like a very reasonable request, and was unwilling to discuss it beyond a blanket policy.
