Dr. Oglesby recently operated on my rotator cuff, which was a mess internally. What an incredible experience! I had expected to have a great deal of pain following the procedure, but 2 weeks post surgery, I have experienced zero pain. Zero pain. I have begun recovering my mobility and am so glad I chose surgery after a year of vascilating. This is not my first surgery with Dr. Oglesby, and there is a reason I chose him for my shoulder surgery. He is simply the best. He is kind, considerate and empathetic, but, most importantly, highly skilled. I am deeply grateful for him and his team at BASC. What a great experience.

As a long time patient of Dr.Oglesby’s, I know the Quality care & Professional service that He & his staff provide. Over the last 2 decades,Dr.Oglesby has done, complete, bi-lateral Hip & Knee replacement for me. I go in for annual exams and tune up’s as needed. He has taken great care of me and always provided the quality care I’ve needed. Be it from a bike wreck or just normal aches and pains from exercising. I’m most fortunate and blessed to have him in my life! TOA has always been there for me!

I saw Dr Oglesby as a TOA walk-in clinic patient. He treated me, not just another patient, but me. He listened and learned about my problem from me, not just his observation. After listening to me, he went back to the X-rays. That’s when he found the problem and that’s the kind of dr you want!

It was a very good experience. The doctor is kind, patient and listens to what you have to say. I was given alternatives for treatment. I left feeling his diagnosis was on target and I was on my way to no more shoulder pain.

Got me in early in the am for a painful knee. Gave me a shot in the knee and we talked about recent health issues I have been through. Dr. Oglesby was great and concerned as always.

Dr O has taken care of me for 20 years. He saved my career in 2003 when he rebuilt my shoulder I injured at work. I have seen him again now that my body is older and breaking and he has done everything he can to get me back 100%. He is one of the most caring and honest doctors I have ever met. Dr.Oglesby is a true savior and magician with his surgical hands. On top of that he is a true dying breed of physicians that initially took on an oath to treat each patient with equality, passion, respect and support. Dr Oglesby took on a very difficult case in fixing my shoulder which had a couple past failing revisions. Through my case I've met a whole lot of physicians and I've never had anyone treat me with such compassion and support. Along with going well above and beyond to help in my recovery. In my opinion Dr.Oglesby is a savior, and I thank the good Lord everyday for having the opportunity to meet this great man and receive his compassionate professional treatment. Dr. Oglesby is one of the few physicians that take the time to get to know the patient. When Dr Oglesby enters the room, he sits down and starts a conversation before he asks the reason for your visit. This instills confidence in his ability, bedside manner and the way the organization does business. His exam was thorough and his followup was great. Easy to see why he is such a highly regarded physician and surgeon.

He understood what a I had been through medical wise. After me explaining my situation. This was the 2nd visit The 1st visit after the xray didn't pick up my condition he suggested a MRI which picked up the problem most doctors would not have done that.

Follow up visit for further examination of progress from right rotator cuff repair with slow recovery was a reminder of how important it is for the surgeon to help the patient do all the right things. Dr. O is attentive and engages in the best possible ways that keep me focused on my best possible results. TOA provides a wonderful environment and the staff are engaging and competent.

I received clear explanation and images of injury damage and surgery results. I received options on the post-op treatment options for recovery. We discussed my pain level and together determined the appropriate meds to manage it. I felt included in my treatment plan by a doctor who actually cared about me as a person and not just a statistic for the practice.

Dr Oglesby has taken care of us for many years and if something is wrong, he works to find the solution and alleviate the pain you're experiencing. He's compassionate and very knowledgable. My husband and I don't hesitate to ask for his help and will continue as long as he continues to practice. We trust him implicitly.
