Good Advice but no follow through
I went to Dr Nelson back in April 2024. My first visits were good; however, when the course of action was decided nothing was done. It was one excuse after another with the main excuse being that he could not get an operating room. This went on for several months. I was calling weekly to find out the status for my procedure and only talked to his nurse. I never spoke to Dr Nelson again after the decision was made for the type of procedure to be done.Finally disgusted I went to another doctor who recommended another type of procedure. I received no results from that procedure. As of this writing - 11-21-24, I still have the issue I went to Dr Nelson with back in April and have not heard a word from him.Based on my experience with Dr Nelson I would not recommend him.

If you need help with insurance claims or authorizations, do yourself a favor and pass this office by. While Dr Nelson may be a good doctor, his office staff is terrible. They out right refused to do their jobs and or help.
