Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

This is redundant. I already did this once. Dr. Kishel is my hero and I totally appreciate him, his skills and his council.

I’ve been with Dr Kishel for over 16 years. He’s been treating me for and doing yearly check ups on my bladder cancer and I have never had a bad experience with him. Outstanding doctor and a outstanding person.

Dr Kishel performed the " plasma vaporization" procedure on my prostate in early April 2017 because I was having problems urinating with a decent flow. It is now the 31st of August and I am peeing with a GREAT flow, like I haven't done since I was a younger boy! It took me about 2-3 months to get back to normal, but once that occurred, it has been great! If you are having second thoughts, have him do the procedure!!! The results have been TREMENDOUS!!! Thanks, Dr K!!!

My comments are about this practice. I had a procedure done and scheduled a follow-up appointment. I switched health insurance effective the beginning of the month of the follow-up. They called to cancel the follow-up because of an outstanding bill, which would be covered by the new insurer. CareFirst said I would receive the new card in 7-10 business days but I printed out a fascimile from their website. This office said they would not accept the fascimile, thus putting my life in danger!

They called me 18 hours before my appointment and asked me to reschedule it. That was already after I drove 6 hours to get to Columbia, MD. When I tried explaining that it is too late this point to reschedule the lady talking over the phone started acting nasty and very disrespectful which is actually way worse than having issues with scheduling. They just showed how they have such disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I canNOT believe John Hopkins recommended to me such a poor health provider

I made an appt for kidney pain. After my CT scans and xrays came back clear of kidney stones, Dr. Kishel treated me like I was either crazy or there for entertainment. He rushed through my appointments, and he was rude. When I asked what my kidney pain could be his response was You're asking a urologist. I'm here to tell you that you don't have any stones. I don't know why you feel the pain. I don't trust him, I don't care for him, and I would never recommend someone see him.

I had been a patient of Dr Kishel for over one year. During my last visit after waiting for approx 45 mins I was told that Dr Kishel would not see me due to an outstanding balance of $62 on my account. I explained that I had lost/misplaced my wallet that morning before a prior visit to my dentist (who hand not seen me in over 2 years but was ok with me faxing my info when I returned home.) As a result I could not take care of the small balance until I returned home. Outrageous!
