Dr. Goldman is a wonderful, brilliant and caring doctor. He has really helped me with my fibromyalgia and given me ways to deal with it. I first went to him 25 years ago when other doctors diagnosed me with lupus. He was able to discount that diagnosis and get me on the right track to better health. I moved away after 6 years but 3 years ago I found myself within driving distance and was able to see him again. Best rheumatologist I have ever had!

Kept asking if I was depressed. Took me off my meds and wouldn't put me back on them. I lost my job and health insurance because my body was flaring so badly I couldn't function at work. Was later diagnosed with lupus and sjogrens by another rheumatologist when more antibodies surfaced. Drs make a commitment "to do no harm" - he didn't follow that.

Be aware that Dr. Goldman is on a one-man crusade against the American Healthcare System. Even though he claims to accept insurance, he may arbitrarily decide to not file it. Instead he will send you monthly bills demanding payment for the full cost of an office visit. If you call his office manager, she will not respond. If your insurance company calls the office manager, she will not respond.
