Dr. John Ducey, MD

I cannot say anything terrible about Dr.Ducey. Saw him for two years. Never judged me, not a single time. Made me feel welcomed. And I appreciate him but I had to let my opinion out on everything else. I am just very upset I was abandoned as a patient. Worst time as well. Just got into a accident w a brain bleed and injury that affects me to this day ( a year from abandonment) I could’ve used referrals and help and support after leaving the ICU, but instead had to search for a new doctor cause I was sent a letter that I’m never able to return again. it is just all a very unfortunate situation.

Dr. Ducey really takes time to listen and fully understand what is going on. I have been extremely pleased with him as my primary care physician. He always checks in and takes time to get the whole picture instead of rushing someone out the door. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Excellent Team!

My visit consisted of my annual wellness exam. I was greeted promptly on time with proper safety protocols and escorted to an exam room. He was very attentive and friendly and offered a couple of suggestions.

Friendly office, service was pretty fast. Lab called me back the next business day with my results from bloodwork. Doctor Ducey listened to my concerns and was helpful. Made a follow up appointment for a year later during the visit.

Dr. Ducey is an incredible doctor. I have been going to him for years. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He really has been a lifesaver. He has provided me the right prescriptions to keep me alive and healthy. His staff is the best. After having not seen him for a couple months, and they immediately recognized me and called me by name (I wish I could remember names like that)

I couldn't have been more pleased. As someone who is new(ish) to the area and without a primary care physician, Dr. Ducey and the staff made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The exam, questions asked, and genuine care his staff showed were amazing. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Dr Ducey is a great doctor! Highly recommend him.

He and his office

I have been going to Dr Ducey and his team for about 5yrs now. From the moment you walk into the waiting room you can see their intentionality of putting their patients first. Hand sanitizer, snacks, and coffee are just a few ways you are welcomed. The staff has always been prompt and Dr Ducey fully listens to what I have to say. Even the follow-up they provide after your appointment is stellar. Having been to many doctors, I can confidently say, I give Dr Ducey AND his team my highest of recommendations. Their “second- mile mentality” does not go unnoticed!

Everyone in the office is extremely nice and friendly. Dr. Ducey is very patient and listens to what you have to say. He is very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great healthcare provider.

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Ducey. He was hands down the best physician I have ever met. He listened to me, was empathetic, gave me information that I needed to address my issues and explained that information and its implementation. His staff was also very efficient, pleasant and helpful. I had entered Dr. Ducey's office with trepidation but left feeling confident and well informed about my health status. Thank you.

Staff is efficient and pleasant. Dr. Ducey is knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk with. Really listens; I never feel rushed; confident in him to oversee my care. This practice is well organized, with good follow-up. It's great to be able to access all my info on the portal. Office is clean, accessible, with ample parking.

I walked into this office after a 1 1/2 years and was quickly reminded why it is worth the 30 plus min drive. The office staff is friendly and they get you back quickly. They even had the paperwork (as a returning patient) filled out so all I had to do was review. For Dr. Ducey, he is great. He listens, talks with you, and spends the necessary time to access how to move forward. He doesn't rush you and treats you like a real patient, like you are the only person that matters right then.

Dr Duecy has always been attentive and caring to my health issues. I am very thankful I have found his practice since moving to the area.

My mother moved in with me in May of 2017. She needed a new physician and I found Dr. Ducey through Health Grades. His reviews were seemingly perfect. After meeting him, I found those reviews to hold true. He took the time to talk to my mother about her issues, was attentive and came across as truly caring. In addition, the demands currently placed on our physicians today make? Dr. Ducey even more of an anomaly. That said, I highly recommend him and his staff without reservation.

Very professional and personable. I am a new patient and feel very comfortable with Doctor Ducey treating my wife and I. He is a good listener and spends an appropriate amount of time with his patients.

Dr. Ducey has always made me feel comfortable and important when I am in his care. He speaks with me, not at me. On this last visit, I was able to share a personal concern that I otherwise might have kept to myself if I hadn't felt as though he had my best interests as a priority.

As a family new to Tennessee, we were very happy to find Dr. Ducey. He is local and that was very important that he was close by. Dr. Ducey made my husband and myself very comfortable in our choice of a new Dr. He is a Dr. that actually took all the time we needed to explain our past medical issues and continued forward with our past treatments. I am very happy with the staff, as they treated us just beautiful. I will recommend Dr. Ducey and his staff without hesitation

Can't say enough, from friendly support staff all the way to Dr. Ducey! All are competent and highly professional. Dr. Ducey is a rare breed these days........a great doctor who will actually take time and listens to his patients!
