Doctor Degraft-Johnson is kind, compassionate, caring and extremely talented. My mom was diagnosed with multiple blockages (95%, 90% 85%, 70%, 55%) and a leaky heart valve. She was in congestive heart failure when she arrived at the hospital and was living on borrowed time. She was terrified when she learned she needed open heart surgery but after meeting and speaking with Dr. Degraft-Johnson, she was 100% at peace about her decision to have him perform her surgery. He explained things in a very easy to understand way and spent time answering all of our questions. He has a tremendous amount of experience doing bypass surgeries and made my mom so comfortable. We know he gave 1000% to ensuring my mom's surgery was successful. Post surgery she had absolutely no pain. We don't understand why but it's true. She is now 4 weeks post surgery and doing great. Did I mention she is also almost 87 years old. Dr. Degraft-Johnson is our hero and we will always be grateful to him.

The office staff here is incredibly amazingly great! Rosa is so caring AND professional. They're willing to step out of THEIR job description to help get things done. MA is super patient and Alvin, surgery scheduler is wonderful. And the Doctor is pretty great, too!

Dr Degraft-Johnson is the best of the best. From visits to his office to the surgery ( removal of canceous lobe in my lung) and after carevwas excelent! His staff is the best in town love them all! Highly reccomend.

Dr degraft-johnson is excellent! He has a wonderful bedside manner, he is calm, patient, and willing to fully explain everything! He performed my fundoplication surgery, and I am doing so much better already. I would highly recommend dr degraft-johnson.
