Dr. Biteman has been a long-time, sole ENT in our region. He has successfully treated friends with cancer and also operated on my young daughter. He is caring, thorough, and available to his patients. He was taking a much needed holiday right after my daughter's surgery, yet gave us his cell phone number if we needed to contact him. Due to the lack of specialists in this field for decades, his wait list is long which can be discouraging, but worth the wait.
