Dr. Barrington performed a total knee replacement on me five years ago, and the results were incredible. Not only am I pain-free, but I am also able to be fully active for the first time in 20 years. I’m now in the best shape of my adult life! In addition to being an outstanding surgeon, he provided excellent post-operative care. Before the surgery, he took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all my questions—never once did I feel like just a number to him.If you need a knee replacement in the Dallas area, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Barrington.

Had surgery in December of 2023. Show up at 7 AM and I was home by 11 AM. This practice is a factory. Get them in and get them out. You will see the doctor before and during the surgery. Your future visits will be with assistance. They will keep telling you everything is ok, but it is not.

Dr. Barrington and his team were incredibly welcoming and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns and sat next to me to explain the x-rays in a way that helped me fully understand my situation. He carefully walked me through all the available options, emphasizing that he needed to review the CT scan to make the best long-term plan, rather than just rushing into a procedure. This statement reassured me and eased all my doubts and worries. For several years leading up to 2017 I had severe knee pain in both knees .I consultation with Dr Barrington & he suggested partial knee replacements . I had the left knee operated on Jan 2017 & the right knee done at the end of 2017 , I am walking (fast pace) 3 to 4 miles almost everyday pain free , best decision I ever made . Dr Barrington as highly recommended by others. He as not only professional but did a terrific job. He even prayed with me and ny wife before surgery. His PT staff are superb as well. He is highly experienced, detailed, believes in minimally invasive surgery and PT. My recovery in four weeks has been in red easy. In part, because I did pre PT on knee, was in great physical shape and also due to the precision and excellence of Dr Barrington. I recommend anyone needing this done to use him. He is phenomenal!

I did my 3 years post hip replacement review with Dr. Barrington. The examination was very thorough, communicative, and professional. My original surgery was excellent and the review gave me great confidence that my hip is exactly as it should be. He is an outstanding professional in his field.

Dr Barrington successfully replacedMy knee and hip.I went in to have my other hip checked.He is thorough and found some arthritis in my lower back and recommended a solution.

I thought I had knee osteoarthritis when I entered Dr. Barrington’s office because I have had sharp knee pains for about 9 months. With his comprehension X-ray approach he proved to me that I have osteoarthritis in my lower back which is indirectly affecting my knees; the X-rays showed that I didn’t have osteoarthritis in my knees! This was absolutely stunning to see the pictures of what my lower back looks like-very damaged but my knees have no apparent wear and tear. A picture is worth a thousand words! I don’t need knee injections but instead an inversion table!

Dr. Barrington is the best Orthopedic doctor and surgeon. He did my hip replacement over 15 years ago in Plano. I retired in 2013 and now live in San Marcos, TX and still go back to him for check ups or anytime I have an issue. I know I have one metal on metal hip replacement that was done before he did my left hip and I'll go to him to have it done when the time comes. He always take all the time you need to listen and explain all details of your issues to you.

Dr. Barrington and his staff were all very welcoming and attentive. I feel like I received a very thorough and educational exam. He sat right beside me and explained the x-rays in a way that I easily understood what they represented. He walked me through the options and procedures that would resolve the pain I have dealt with for years. I feel very confident and comfortable knowing he will be taking the lead on my care.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Barrington is extremely knowledgeable! He thoroughly explained my knee condition. He listened to my health concerns, ordered the tests that were needed and gave me a solid treatment plan. Would I recommend him…..ABSOLUTELY!!! I never felt rushed and had his full attention! Staff was great, very minimal wait time…overall an amazing experience!!

Dr Barrington is extremely professional and helpful and always takes time to explain what your options are.

His mannerisms are by far the best of any Dr. I have seen, he is engaging, very knowledgeable and intelligent and treats you more than being his patient.
