Very caring and empathetic
Dr. Armstrong is the best care provider I have seen thus far at Phelps; in fact, he is the primary reason I am still a Phelps patient. My husband and I both see him now, and he has been so helpful in getting necessary testing done, and his staff are incredible also.

Folks you should avoid Phelps Health physicians and the Hospital. Only one in ten are competent. Armstrong is a ho hum provider. Do not recommend him.
