Dr. Armstrong is the best care provider I have seen thus far at Phelps; in fact, he is the primary reason I am still a Phelps patient. My husband and I both see him now, and he has been so helpful in getting necessary testing done, and his staff are incredible also.

Patricia French is a very un empathetic and condescending doctor, she thinks she is something with a high and mighty attitude, she was not helpful at all and very much a rude human, do not waste your time seeing her.
