Great Bedside Manner...
I was referred to Dr. Nguyen several years ago when my GP retired post Covid. Dr. Nguyen has always been most attentive and a great listener. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone as I've already referred my adult daughter.

Dr. Nguyen always takes the time to listen to my health issues. His structured, systematic method of diagnosing medical problems is refreshing. I appreciate that he chooses the most conservative approach to treatment first. My appointments never feel rushed, unlike so many other physicians. I highly recommend Dr. Joe.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for several years. Recently she has had a recurrent issue that Dr. Nguyen has treated. On Thursday morning she had a relapse. I am responsible for her health so I called for some direction on what I should do. I called the office at 11 in the morning, left a message to call me with directions----did not get a return call the entire day----did not get a call the next day until 3 in the afternoon!!!! Was told "take her to urgent-care!"

Dr. Nguyen does not listen to your concerns or is not interested. As someone that has a potentially life threatening illness this is very disconcerting. I realize doctors are very busy but his assistant Brenda will not return your calls. I'm finished and will find another physician.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent physician. I told him I had a loss of balance in Greece when I had my annual checkup. He immediately sent me for an MRI of the brain. The MRI indicated a brain tumor which was removed early enough so there was no penetration of the brain. I thank Dr. Nguyen every time I see him for his excellent diagnosis.
