I have no idea what doctor office this is. It just started with a recording of how would you like our service and how was this and how was that. I've only been to the doctor a couple of times in the last week, so I'm guessing it was one doctor, but they weren't that helpful, so I gave them a bad record. But it'd be helpful if you said the name of the doctor and what date you're talking about not just start the recording in the middle of the questionnaire. That's all. That's my suggestion.

The services are wonderful from provider! Great Physician skill set, good patient /Dr. Interaction, competent and skilled in dealing with patients and healthcare! Fortunate to have him on your staff( note I am in medical field) UCI appt system and changes to appointments are the worst in world; communication awful!!! For such renown UCI Shame on you!! Get a system that supports patients! If I was not who I am and knowledgeable I would not fool with UCI re: appts. I had to call main UCI Hospital complain heavily- they were kind and did get me help). You can call me at {patient PHI removed} Grateful for good medical services (when can schedule). Drs. Know this is a problem; and apologize! Too bad they have to do that. Excited UCI is expanding but yiu need to get basics in place!! I have heard this from others too!! {patient name removed}
