Dr. Jimmy Sun, MD

I was referred to Dr. Sun by my primary care physician for treatment of a extremely painful ear infection that turned out to be an extreme nasal infection causing several ENT symptoms and problems. Dr. Sun’s professional diagnosis, treatment plan and personal care resolved the issue starting on day one of my first visit. Dr. Sun was so thorough and engaging throughout the entire process and follow ups. In addition, all within a 3 month period of time, with coordination of my endocrinologist Dr. Sun also performed parathyroidectomy Surgery on my neck and the removal of a tumor on one of the glands.Dr. Sun explained the entire process from start to finish with such great care and professionalism I knew I was in outstanding care. He and his entire surgical and office staff were nothing short of excellent! They handled the entire process from insurance approvals, hospital information and home recovery. From start to finish I am completely and whole heartedly grateful to Dr. Sun and staff!

My first time visiting Dr. Sun. His staff were very polite and professional. Short wait time. Dr. Sun came in and introduced himself, asked about my problem and proceeded to check my ear. He determined that it was wax and proceeded to remove it. He distracted me from what he was doing by conversing with me during the procedure. It worked because before I knew it he was done and I could hear clearly. He was professional and gas a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Sun is a life saver! After suffering for 13 days with severe Vertigo, I care to see Dr. Sun. After doing a few sound tests and vision tests, he determinednit wasn’t a tumor or neurological. The than had me lay down and he watched my eye movement. He said, “I know what it is!” He then did a short headbtreatmenr in me and told me not to do any sudden head turnsnir lay on my left side. Well I’m better! Instantly He was so kind and funny! A joy to be around! Thank you, Dr. Sun!!!

I saw Dr. Sun as a second opinion and was very impressed. The first thing he did was scope me so he could see what was really going on and what the best options are. Whereas the other ENT I had seen previously just wanted to have me do expensive testing and take more unnecessary medications. Dr. Sun determined that I would have significant relief for my problem with a quick simple office procedure. Although, I'm still healing now, I can already tell a big difference and am very happy!

I have asked many different doctors about my condition, and well they all provided me with a quick glance and said it was normal. But it started to take a toll on my life so I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sun. He was a funny and sweet guy, very easy to talk too. Definitely made me feel reassured in my concerns for my condition. Everything went swell!

I really like Dr. Sun because he is professional, courteous and kind. He diagnosed my cancer and then operated on me twice and basically saved my face, which is very important to me (doh!). The office hours are so flexible and they work very hard to get you seen, even on short notice.

Dr. Sun was recommended to me by my family doctor. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionist. I didn't have to wait long before I got called back to the examination room. I was given an exam with an explanation as to what he was doing and why which put me at ease. I live in Nevada and wouldn't hesitate a minute to come back and see him if I needed to.
