Dr. Timothy Jung, MD

Dr spoke as if I wasn't in the room. He claimed I had a perforation in my right ear. Dr. Jung stated I have an infection in both ears. He proceeded to clean up my right ear felt like he was ripping my tympanic membrane, and ear drum, He switched over to my left ear and squirted anti-biotics drops that filled the ear canal, put in cotton, and said to continue using the prescribed drops until Feb 27th and then he would assess the outcome. My wife and grandson who don't have ear issues could not understand what he said. I didn't understand as the doctor was speaking to the invisible man.

WENT IN FOR RESULTS AND DR. JUNG TALKED TO THE WALL WHILE FACING HIS COMPUTER AND THEN TOLD ME TO PURCHASE A HEARING AID WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REPEAT. HE ALSO DID AN INVASIVE CLEANING OF MY EARS WHICH HURT AND I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS EVER SINCE. NEED TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR.

I went in for a simple ear infection. He perforated my eardrum during cleaning. It hurt so bad I almost jumped out of the chair. Then he wouldn't tell me what was wrong, or even what type of infection I had. He refused to send me home with any medication for my ear and told me to come back if the infection returned. Well, the infection came back and kept coming back until I lost most of my hearing in my right ear. Expensive treatment after expensive treatment. Then, during my last "treatment" he let it slip that I had a fungal infection. I bought eardrops for dogs and cured my own infection and never needed to go back. This was 5 years ago. Now I will have to have surgery to repair the tear. Don't go to this quack if you value your hearing. He ought to have his medical license pulled.

Dr Jung's office is absolutely amazing!! Angela went above and beyond for my husband, and literally saved his life with her persistence. I will forever be grateful for all that they have done!!!

Angela at the front desk was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. Dr Jung is a bit matter of fact in terms of personality but friendly enough. Very knowledgeable and professional and I trust him since he has been in practice many years. He comes off as much younger than his age would suggest. Thank you Dr Jung

Chicken office wouldn’t schedule an appointment for me due to my hearing loss in one ear. Said it wasn’t Important. Scared of COVID they said. I am testing neg for COVID and for antibodies. Will find another office. No compassion. Not fit to practice medicine.

We saw Dr Jung at the VA in Lomalinda. He was very though and explained to my husband the surgery he would need. The earliest they could make the surgery was the end of August. That was fine because his statis was not urgent. Urgent to me, because his hearing was so impaired. I called Angela at the Riverside office to see if we could go through them, instead of the VA. Angela said they were booked till the end of July but she would reach out to Dr Jung and let him know my desires to get the surgery sooner if possible. Last Friday the VA called to say they had a cancellation and would we be available May 7th for surgery? Yahoo, my husband had the surgery and Dr Jung did an amazing job!! I am so appreciative for Angela going the extra mile for us. Dr Jung and his associates repair 4 different functions in my husbands ear which will greatly improve his hearing. We are so blessed to live in the USA where we can receive such state of the art medical care.

Saved me from having acute vertigo for the rest of my life. When no other doctor offered the surgery needed to rid me of this terrible condition it was Dr. Jung that did. Thank you Dr.

Angela at the front desk is extremely rude. She should keep in mind that the patients are the ones that pay her her paychecks. Angela should not be the one that Dr. T. Jung uses as a first impression of his business..

Very happy with this doctor, he has done 3 in office minor procedures, I also had out patient inner ear surgery, this doctor is very calm & very good and a great doctor, it's hard to explain but I just felt so relaxed when in his care, I have been seeing him for 10 years.
