Concern and interest in my symptoms. Excellent recommendations.

She ran a test that came back with numbers off the chart and never brought it to my attention or followed-up with more tests. Another health issues came up which prompted me to go back and look at my labs and then insist I get the proper testing and treatment. If the secondary issue hadn't arisen, I would have never found out about the first issue and it would have continued to get worse to the point I could have died. What a careless mistake for a doctor to make.

Dr. Rhymes is interested in listening to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and able to look at the big picture for me health and keeps it practical. I have recommended her to friends & family.

I made a new patient appointment with this doctor in early January for their first available on Feb 10. I am experiencing alarming symptoms and made that clear to them. I arrived for my appointment and was informed that I had “cancelled it.” I had not. They had cancelled it without informing me. I’d been fasting since the day before so that I could have a fasting blood panel done. I need refills on necessary medications. I need referrals to a cardiologist and an eye doctor. These people could care less. The “next available appointment” they offered me is April 29. Three months from now. This is outrageous. They’ve already delayed my much needed medical care by a month. This is no way to treat people.

Went to see Dr. Rhymes for a complete physical. See asked me 10 questions, listened to my heart and siad I was good to go. I asked about blood work (I have had blood work drawn every year) she said I didn't need it. I was very disappointed in her lack of ability to preform a complete physical. I will never go back.

Service used to be excellent before she joined Presbyterian. Now it is difficult to get an appointment and staff often do not call back.
