Very caring, knowledgeable doctor, takes time to review health and answer questions

Dr. Robles is very busy. She was very busy before COVID. She’s an attentive physician, seems to care, and listens. A 15 minute quick telephone video works unless one is experiencing serious medical problems; thankfully I am not. She’s a good physician, HOWEVER…. The front desk women are rude, do not return phone calls, and seem to dislike everyone. This was worse during-in-patient appointments before COVID; now their rudeness permeates conversation when they occasionally return phone calls. This seems to be an ongoing problem in Dr. Robles’ practice,

Dr. Robles has far too many patients and is always rushed. Even at that, often when you think you have an appointment with her it turns out it’s with her NP. Normally that’s fine and was with her prior NP, but not her current, who is unpleasant, along with other office staff. Dr. Robles herself can be fine, but sometimes she comes on like a ton of bricks, controlling and not working with you. Just not a pleasant experience.

Dr. Robles is an excellent physician. However her receptionist is rude and seems to be in full control of the appointments often scheduling patients for visits one or two months beyond expectations.

Worst offices staff I have ever experienced in my entire life

I changed doctor's because Dr. Robles' office staff are horrible, particularly CINDY. Cindy is unprofessional, inconsiderate and down right hateful. She should not be working in a doctor's office. She makes inappropriate remarks about Dr. Robles' patients to other office staff. I believe she violates HIPAA law's regarding patient confidentiality.

Dr. Robles is a professional doctor and courteous doctor, her receptionists Jessica and Cindy are incompetent staff with no customer service skills. Their work station has so many piles of paper stacked and unorganized its no wonder 2 specialists offices shared their bad experiences receiving records, faxes, or returned phone calls for these 2 receptionists. Dr. Robles should send Jessica and Cindy to training so they may better serve her patients and other doctor offices.

Dr. Robles is an excellent doctor in her knowledge, clarity in explaining, thoroughness, follow-up, compassion and patience. I am lucky to have her to take care of me.

Dr. Robles is thorough, thoughtful, congenial and caring. Her staff people are friendly and efficient. I can highly recommend Dr. Robles.
