September 25 2024Physician Dr Jian LiAiken SCAfter my last CT scan was done it took 3 weeks for this practice to call me with results. I had 3 ct scans and one PET Scan in the last year because of a small nodule in my lung. Needless to say I was anxious about it.During the 3 weeks I requested, through my portal, the results. Until the call I mentioned, I just got nothing.Yesterday was my appointment. In the morning I had a fever and chills. I called the office immediately. I wanted to know if I should show up. Since Covid started, most medical offices instruct you not to come in if you have a fever. I can’t recall ever calling this office without having to leave a message. I left a message with the appointment desk to call me right at 8 AM. Nobody had returned my call by 9AM so I called back and left a message with the medical assistant to my physician. Nobody called back for the rest of the day.Today I left another message requesting that the office manager call me. Nobody
