Excellent surgeon
Dr Jeyling Chou performed total hysterectomy for me more than a month ago. Surgery has been very successful and i went home the same day. When i woke up in the recovery room, i felt very hungry and asked for something to eat. The nurses there were very nice. They provided apple juice and crackers. I was able to walk without help a few hours after surgery when the anasthesia start to wear off. I had expected to be much weaker and in worse condition after such major surgery. Other folks who I heard from who had various types of surgeries to the abdomen, hysterectomies included, seem to be in worse shape right after surgery. Also, I didn't lose much blood even though it was a 5 hour surgery due to my complicated situation. I was very lucky to have Dr Chou as my surgeon. I must say she has pretty good surgical skills and very knowledgeable. She responds quickly to email and care about her patients.
