just a title of Dr.
Horrible. No interaction. No bedside manner. Types the whole time on computer. Appears uninterested in you and very little interaction. Lab results are never prompt for her to request them. The girl who works there calls herself a nurse and she is NOT. Looking for a new dr. who cares.

Physician did not listen to patient or answer questions and concerns resulting in a lack of trust in physician's decisions. Delegated communication of adverse results to office staff who could not adequately communicate information or answer concerns. Office staff were not friendly. Medical assistant to the doctor indicated to patients that she was a nurse but in fact was only credentialed as a medical assistant.

Competent but cold. Take a good look at the smile in her photo because you will NEVER see it during a visit to her. Curt but competent. Not a friendly face but thorough. Don’t expect any warmth and you won’t be disappointed. ??

Not thorough
Dr Thomas is not thorough. She refused to address some important issues based on the time she schedules for exams. She was rude, interrupted me and refused to acknowledge that I still have questions and unresolved issues. When I called the office to try to resolve this she would not respond. I wish I had checked other reviews before I saw her. I’m not looking to hurt anyone’s employment, I just really need answers.

I was a patient of Dr. Thomas for several years after Dr. McBride retired. She does not have a very good "bedside manner" and is not very personable. She acted very unprofessionally the last time I saw her. She is impatient and actually got mad at me when I disagreed with her about taking a certain drug. She cut my exam short and left the room without finishing. I will never go back to her.

I saw Dr Thomas many times. When I began seeing her, I thought that she was pleasant and thorough. Through the years of her being my doctor, she was helpful. But after 2017 when I saw her full time, I began being referred out to other physicians for things I thought she would treat. In March this year, I saw her for blood in my urine and she gave me an antibiotic for a UTI, even though there was a high concentration of blood. I also had to fight for a second week of the antibiotic. In June I was referred to a urologist (by another doctor) who found a tumor in my bladder, which was cancerous. I sent Dr Thomas an angry note about not referring me out for it and she discharged me as her patient (which I didn't know you could do). Not only does she not stand by her decisions, but she will abandon you at a time for critical need. I will never recommend her to anyone. Beware!!

If I could give a zero, I would. So I am giving a 1 for rating. This doctor was fine with referring me to specialists. She was not good at alleviating my bodily discomforts while waiting for the specialist I needed. I was not asking for an opioid. I was not asking for a tranquilizer. I was just asking for the medication the ER had given me that did alleviate my symptoms. I had to go to the ER for severe discomforts. I was so thankful for the ER for helping me out until I could follow up with this doctor, once again. This doctor wanted to see me again for the third time relating to this situation and my discomforts before she gave me any medication. I have had enough. It hurts me too much to have to work so hard to receive meds on a temporary basis. I am really suffering with discomfort. I haven't slept well. I am now seeking a new doctor. I am not a hateful person but what I have stated needed to be said. I will not recommend this doctor.

I found Dr Thomas to be very helpful, no nonsense and practical. Takes all aspects of care into consideration before ordering tests. Spent time chatting to me and got a lot accomplished in one visit. Patient in answering concerns.

Dr Thomas has been competent and kind in all my interactions with her. But recently I had an issue with how she diagnosed my on an insurance claim. I’m not finding much success asking them for help with correcting the error. I’m dumbfounded, offended and hurt that my doctor has such little care for customer service and making the patient priority one. It seems they want my $90 and for me to go away.

Even though she is smiling in her picture, rarely does she do that in person. I had a severe case of diverticulitis, and she completely missed it. I complained about my stomach hurting and my blood pressure being high. I was also running a fever. She assumed it was a bladder infection and sent me on my way, As I said before it was a severe case of diverticulitis in which I ended up going to the hospital, Additionally, I asked for a doctor's note to cover the time I had been off work

Dr Thomas is the most insincere, cold, unsympathetic, rigid doctor I have ever met. She is also misinformed. She should return to med school for another year to learn about doctor/patient relationships and how to be a kind and caring physician, clearly she missed the boat on that one!

Was with Dr Thomas for over a year. Had on going cough for over 9 years. Went to Mayo, tgey referred me to National Jewish in Denver. I went for a 10 day work up...testing everyday. Upon returning to Fl, I went to Dr Thomas ( was having all my results sent to her ) sge told me to find new Dr that woukd accommodate my complicated case? She did so after I asked her why she did not call for any of the tests that were performed in Denver... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Was referred to Dr. Thomas for my son. She was said to be very patient and caring. I called the office and worked my way through the phone system to schedule an appointment. Was left on hold 10 minutes. Went to the web site and filled out a form to request an appointment. Heard nothing back for 8 days. Tried the phone again. On hold again for 10 minutes. Hung up. If this office is not taking appointments, they should say so and not waste patient's time.

I don't look for eye contact or bedside manner. She is professional, puts everything I say in to the computer and I feel she cares because of her preoccupation with a proper diagnosis. If she doesn't feel comfortable prescribing in a certain area, she refers me to a specialist. I would recommend her without hesitation. Nice doesn't necessarily cure you. However, if you are kind and consider (and patient), that's what she returns.
