Dictator personality
This doctor is the worse I've ever dealt with. He literally started talking about immigrants and asked my wife is our kids born in America (Home grown)? We asked why is he suggesting a drug he decided to prescribe to our daughter! His response cause because I the Authority. My response sir police are authority you're a daughter serving patients. He didn't like my response and stood up like he was trying to fight me. Don't get service from him!

Cancels appointments
Never got a visit. He cancels appointments and they claim to have called but called the wrong number. Such a shame to treat patients like garbage. I worked for doctors and very rarely cancelled appointments. Be aware he is not reliable.

Dr Phillips is an amazing, caring surgeon who removed an ancient schwannoma from my right sinus in 2016. Other ENT's misdiagnosed me and no one would touch it. He made sure to figure it out and had the patience necessary to diagnose and treat it. Thank you ?? I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great ENT!

I met Dr Phillips today for an ear infection. He took very very good care of me and was super gentle and explained what is going on and ways to prevent this from happening. He was very easy to talk to and he listened to all my concerns. I suffer from frequent ear infections so hopefully now he will help me get this under control. You will not be disappointed seeing him.

Dismissive and Uncaring
My neurologist requested I revisit Dr. Phillips for further consult. (Dr. Phillips is the one who first sent me to said neurologist.) He was running VERY late, but I waited anyway. He totally dismissed my pain and discomfort. I was so completely distraught and I could strongly sense he was “tired of being bothered by me,” so I left in tears saying “I give up.” My main complaints are: he wasted my time and that he demonstrates zero compassion.

Unprofessional
I experienced a very unprofessional Md. I had a second opinion because his so diagnosis did not sound right to me. No recommendations for follow up was mentioned either. The second opinion confirmed that I was right and that Dr Phillips was misdiagnosing me in a condition that needed to be follow up. Scare that physicians like that still practicing. But that’s why be informed and if something you feel is wrong and physicians tells something else have a second opinion they can be wrong. I had a US done and he very rudely told me he doesn’t read them nor he look at the report. Well I guess I got my point across.

1. Initial part of the visit involved the outdated, antiquated paper and clip board questionare. They had a clean and dirty pen cup system. The clean pen cup wasn't available for several customers at both the intake window and exit window. ( Not sure about clean/dirty clipboard) The clean/dirty pen system is totally compromised if even one patient cross contaminates as a result of not being provided a clean pen. 2. The bedside manor was initially: accusatory, condescending, pessimistic and dismissive. The bedside manor eventually took a slight upturn to reluctancy. 3. During the (dirty pen only) exit paper work, priority went to the staffs clever ambiguous banter. The code like communication often associated with a toxic dialogue where compassion and humanity is replaced with Superiority. The inside joke communication that is fueled by amusement at the expense of the unwitting and less clever. Once started it's almost impossible to prove and rid a culture of this virus.

I went to Dr. Phillips with a bad earache, within 5 minutes of my visit with him the pain was gone. He also examined my nose and throat and suggested what I should take for my allergies. I was pleasantly surprise and appreciative that he showed such concern for his patients. If I ever have any problems in these areas I will be going to see him. I highly recommend such a concerning and caring ENT doctor such as Dr. Jesse Phillips.

Went to see Dr. Phillips for an ear ache and tonsil stones. He took care of my ear that day and gave me great tips on how to help with them. I later had a tonsillectomy preformed by him which went great! He did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable with everything. Always listens to my concerns. Super nice and caring! Highly recommend

I’ve been seeing Dr. Phillips since I moved down to Florida a little over a year ago and he’s been great. He’s been working with me for all of my many medical concerns. He knows and understands that I prefer to stray away from medications when possible, so he’s been working on alternative solutions for me. His entire office is friendly and helpful. It’s nice to find a good doctor that actually listens to you and helps work with you.

I am very pleased with my experience as a patient of Dr. Philips and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a thorough doctor. He is an extremely knowledgeable ENT and sleep doctor who took his time understanding my symptoms so that he could find the appropriate solution to my ailment. In addition, he explained why I was having certain symptoms, and why and how his suggested treatment would help.

When I first saw Dr. Phillips I was in severe pain and suffering. He was concerned, caring, and took the time to explain treatment and prognosis. He scheduled me for a CT scan immediately. Within 1 day of seeing him I felt better and went on to being fully healed. On the return visit to review the results of my scan he treated me with respect explaining in detail the results and prognosis. I highly recommend him not only for his knowledge and treatment but for his overall kindness.

Horrible experience. I’ve been in massive pain all week and scheduled an appointment with a Dr. Richards, she came highly recommended. Dr. Phillips walked in, didn’t give me the chance to speak about what’s been happening, he made assumptions that weren’t true, said rude and totally unprofessional things to me, did not listen when I told him I was in too much pain to try and clear my ears and he starts power washing the inside of my head and when I coukdnt handle it, he’s rude again. Horrid man.

I suffered from nasal congestion for at least 1 1/2 years. I could not breathe through my nose. I had no sense of smell or taste. My family doctor recommended Dr Phillips and I thank my lucky stars. When Dr Phillips saw me and heard my story, he said "I'm going to fix you". And he did. I can finally breathe through my nose again and I can smell and taste food once again. He is also very willing to listen to what you have to say and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend Dr Phillips!
