Only sees the small picture doesn't look at bigger
I went for numerous of symptoms and issues. He tested my cortisol, only at 8 am. TSH and T4 and those numbers seemed normal so nothing more he could do for me he said. Very disappointed as I felt dismissed and like he was like other doctors that tell you stop eating so much and workout without digging into more of the WHY are you feeling like you have no energy and motivation.

Treated very rudely. I waited almost 2 months for an appointment. I have been not myself for almost 3 months. I am in my 50"s and I know when I am not myself! But not according to this DR! My husband went with me to the appointment and we both were astounded at his comments and rudeness. I could barely get out of his office before breaking into tears. I am a strong female who has owned her own business for 16 years and not thin skinned. I am very sorry that my primary physician referred me to hi

Luckily, his staff put me on a waiting list and I was able to get in to see Dr. Grogg fairly promptly. He listened patiently to my long, detailed story. To my great relief, he said things that convinced me that he "knows his stuff." (That was not the case with another endocrinologist that I went to several months ago, and my problem is not something that my family doctor or internist are qualified to help me with..) His recommendations made sense. I'm grateful to him and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Grogg is thorough, kind, thoughtful, considerate, treats me like a thinking person who has knowledge of my own body and how it works. I am so fortunate to have found him when I did. He takes time with me each visit and thoroughly discusses all aspects of my fairy complicated medical conditions. Having come from a large practice where I only saw the doctor once (for 5 minutes) in two years time, Dr. Grogg's approach is refreshing & trustworthy.
