Takes his time with everyone , hence the wait time. He is well worth it people!

Dr Moosa is a great doctor. The staff can be nice or kind of rude it depends who it is. I don’t like the check in system but it is what it is. The wait times can be long depending on who you’re seeing. Overall my experience is usually good.

Staff was gossiping about patients. The appointment was 9:10 the wait time to get in the office was 20 mins. I didn’t get seen by the doctor until 10:30. Over an hour. Then he came in and misunderstood a question I asked, proceeded to tell me to leave and do online services instead of his office. When I clarified what I said due to the obvious language barrier. He realized his mistake, said “alight alright that doesn’t matter, you listen to me. What I say goes. I tell you something you listen” like excuse me? That’s EXTREMELY unprofessional. Following that I waited another 15 minutes before I could leave, WAS NOT given my refills to meds I’ve taken daily for 7 years. Will never return. Please please please. Just save yourself the trouble. Find a provider that cares.

Jackie the PA I see is wonderful. The front desk can be short with you. Shout at you to sit down after you sign in. Not very welcoming to come to a Dr office like this. One older lady who takes you back is very sweet. Most the other ones are not..

I have been seeing Lane Judge for several years now. She is wonderful. She has helped me greatly to get my diabetes under control. She's also fun!

01.29.2024I recommend Dr Moosa as he looks at your whole body, he cares about you. My diabetes is in control A1C 5.3. I am healthier because of him

Not too sure what is happening when the staff wrote my prescription for an infusion to be done at Walmart; and that was AFTER I told them Walmart was not going to be injecting me with anything since the first one was sent there. Orders for tests for reasons that don't fit the diagnosis causing the insurance company to reject the claim. Testing not tracked, staff calling me days after my appointment asking me what tests THEY ordered. No one looks at tests that have been done in the past, facts ignored, tests repeated and no one listens. Phosphate levels were never checked; just hormones prescribed that made things worse. No prior health history or allergies was ever paid attention to, very disappointing. I really expected better since they claim to be specialists.

11/21/2023I absolutely love the staff here, they take their time with each patient to make sure everything is taken care of. It's like family here. Recommend to anyone.

11/13/2023I love Dr Moosa been with him for years. Wait time to see him wasn't at all. Probably about 45 minutes . I understand he's a very busy doctor.

They have also worked with me even with no insurance. She understands life issues can cause stress and change your numbers

Was well taken care of when getting my A1c done and going over my medicines. Dr Moosa is always nice and listens to my concerns. I feel very comfortable coming here.

At the Holland location all the staff are very kind and professional. Everyone has shown the utmost patience and understanding. I never have had an uncomfortable appointment or bad experience after going here over 3 years. A big shout out to Alison Fleig for going above and beyond for me!

I see Stephanie at the office. I feel like we are partners in my treatment plan. She listens to my concerns and voices her opinions. And come up with a plan together.

Staff Is kind & Patient, Especially when i have to bring my 3 year old who has lots of questions!!

They really care about you and they talk to you about any concerns you may have and they try to fix what you are concerned about they just really care about you i love tht about him and the entire staff the communication is awesome with him and his staff he is a wonderful man I couldn't have pick a better Dr God placed me right where I needed to be
