Rude and dismissive
I’ve never been made to feel so stupid. Completely disregarded my concerns about my child and was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. Kept referencing her kids….well your kids aren’t my kid, don’t create bucketed scenarios. Your job is to figure out what’s wrong with MY individual child, not compare them to yours or others.

She is a wonderful doctor who cares very much about her patients. Everyone in the office is wonderful!

My daughter has seen 4 different doctors at this office and once we met Dr. Folcik I did not want to go to another doctor! She is so personable and kind. My daughter dreads doctor visits (getting shots!) and Dr. Folcik was so friendly and respectful towards her, explaining everything she was going to do before doing it, and pausing to listen to my toddlers concerns. She is amazing with children and I greatly appreciate this! Wait time is horrendous.

Dr. Folic is one of the kindest pediatricians that I have met. She is a fabulous Dr. Unfortunately her staff is awful. Recently a lot of staffing has changed and the customer service has changed with it... for years I have driven over an hour to take my children to see her, but as a result of the condescending new staff I am sadly switching pediatricians.

Caring, wonderful physician. She is always friendly and patient with the kids. She really takes her time during an appointment and I trust her 100%.
