Dr. Jennifer Salinas, MD

I dislocated my shoulder on New Year's Eve. Absolutely fantastic care from everyone from the person opening the front door to front desk personnel and the doctors and nurses. In today's world we have come to expect lackadaisical, and even surly, care in the ER, but at Hospitality Health the level of knowledge and compassion was outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Salinas and the team at Hospitality Health to anyone.

I was seen promptly and every person I encountered was super friendly and accommodating. They all treated me like I would ever want to be treated knowing, how hard that is to do because I work at a hospital and sometimes it's daunting after a long day.

We ended up here after an incident in the beach where an umbrella hit my son above the eye. We weren’t sure if he would need stitches or not. We walked in and we’re placed into a room almost immediately. The nurse was super nice and was very personable with my 10 year old son. He made sure he was comfortable and understood what was going on. The Dr explained all of the options to us and was very helpful. She did a great job with the stitches and also made sure he was as comfortable as possible. I hope I never need them again, but if I have an issue while I’m Galveston, I’ll be going to this location.

Dr. Salinas was wonderful! She was so nice and I left like she really listened to me. She was amazing. The Hospitality ER is so wonderful. The facility were so clean and the staff were all so nice. I was so impressed with how quickly I was in and treated.

Dr. Salinas was very pleasant and smiling the whole time and happy to help and assist. i had the feeling she really care unlike my experience when dealing with most healthcare professionals today.

Went to Hospitality ER at 3am with a extremely painful abscess in my nose. Every person I met were kind, gentle and professional. It is very hard to get an IV in me, very few people get it on the first try. After others tried 4 times, Casey got it on her first try.

Went to Hospitality ER in Galveston after slipping on ice during our deep freeze in Texas...Dr Salinas and the staff were amazing! The BEST care I've ever experienced. Was seen immediately and was blown away by the hospitality!! They definately live up to their name!!

I went in for a splinter in my foot. Sounds small but the wood was larger than a toothpick! Hospitality workers came to my car with a wheelchair even though I said I didn’t need one. Wheeled me in and made me feel so at home. Dr. Salinas was very thorough and made sure not only was I comfortable but that she explained everything before doing it. Will go here for any medical needs from now on.
