Excellent Doctor
I've been seeing Dr. Pham for over five years and he is absolutely wonderful. He is so thorough with explanations, always answering all my questions and finding what is the best thing for my skin. I always look forward to my appointments! So glad to have discovered Luminance Clinic and Dr. Pham.

Kind and Patient
My experience with Dr. Pham is five stars because he is very patient answering all questions and explains treatments thoroughly. He also has awesome bedside manners to make sure the patient is comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for a physician who provides optimal care but who is also genuinely kind, ask for Dr. Pham!

This doctor is a quack! How can you write a prescription for and infection without knowing what kind you have? The patient is the best advocate for their healthcare and doctors should listen....well he does not! Oakbend Hospital on Jackson Street need to be retrained on care and compassion they lacked both! I would not send my dog there for care. They talk down to you as if you don't know what your talking about! Please be careful. Dr. Pham lacks bedside manner, empathy, and patience. The nurses are just as bad if not worse .
