Dr. Quilter and team are highly skilled professionals who deliver care with understanding and compassion. Because of them I now enjoy a normal life. I returned to the hospital after 9 months to say thanks and was surprised that everyone remembered my name, details of my illness and recover and even discussions we’d had months earlier. Amazing!

Dr Quilter is very personable and she truly listens to your concerns. Very trustworthy and really watches the effects of medication and dosage on patients who are under her care in VA Bch rehab. She was excellent during my 10 day rehab period.
