Everyone there is courteous. I’ve been going to Dr Strand for years. I wouldn’t go to any other pain management doctor.

Very efficient is my only observation. There was no small talk after the perfunctory how are you today. He did what I needed to have done, and that was it. But it was enough.

Dr. Strand listens and actually cares about easing your pain.

Dr. Strand is no nonsense he does what he needs to do and gets you out of there in record time. His bedside manner is excellent.

My experiences started with driving up and into a amazingly and welcoming facility that shows professional confidence in their practice. The over the top cleanliness and organization wowed me. The reception of the receptionist was warm and caring indicating that I would be receiving the best of care there. The direct care staff was professional and knowledgeable of why I was there and performed all my preliminary needs with care. Dr Strand and his assistant was professional and welcoming with an explanation to the and what to expect in the helpful procedure which caused me to trust and relax because I was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Strand and company for such an amazing medical health treatment experience.

Dr. Strand and the staff at AOS were efficient and caring during the procedure. No issues whatsoever.

I arrived at Dr. Strand’s office about five minutes early and was taken to the exam within ten minutes. I waited approximately five minutes for him. Dr. Strand asked me the typical follow up questions, then suggested the next course of action. He patiently clarified the difference between two procedures . I strongly recommend Dr. Strand if you’re looking for a pain management doctor.

After putting on the snappy shorts, I was led into Dr Strand’s “office” which was darkened like an X-Ray room (it is an x-ray room), given instructions on laying down, and Dr Strand went right to work. In my case there was very little discussion. However, I did not conclude from that that he was a calloused person. I will absolutely go there again, in a heartbeat. I will also recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Strand and his entire staff are excellent in their medical care and the receptionist is “A” one. Have never witnessed anyone in the entire practice be nothing but courteous and polite in dealing with the patients.

Dr. Strand always explains to me whats wrong with my back and what he is going. to do to help me. Has a excellent staff and they are always nice and helpful.

The staff were all very friendly and you could tell they cared. Dr. Strand was concerned about some preinjection numbers and gave me information to monitor it without being pushy and seemed genuinely concerned. The actual injection was smooth and basically painless.

Called Dr. Strand’s office on Friday and he was able to see me the following Monday!! Very pleased with visit and treatment plan. ESI’s scheduled promptly so crossing fingers they are as effective as last time.
