The first appointment was great, she seen my son who had recurring ear infections. She explained he needed tubes and set up surgery. After the first set of tubes failed it was almost impossible to get in to her office. After seeing different providers within her network. They all said my son’s tube in his right ear was obstructing his hearing. After finally getting an appointment with her, her receptionist said he wasn’t scheduled to be there that day. I was called to confirm the appointment drove an hour away and was almost turned away. She rushed the appt and said both tubes had fallen out and another day could be put in but she had no openings for surgery until October. It was July. After letting them know I wasn’t too happy with choice words he was able to get an appt for surgery not even a week later. After surgery she came out to tell me that the tube was occluded in his ear and she admitted to not being able to see it in the office. Still no call for post op appt. 6 months later

This office is absolutely terrible. Doctors and medical staff don?t call you back. Impossible to get questions answered. My son had complications post surgery and couldn?t even get through to anyone at the doctor?s office. Expect to call a call center and not get a response. Wait times to see the doctor were never less than an hour. Impossible to make follow up appointments. Save yourself the trouble and find a different ENT.

My son was with her from 6 months until she moved out of state. We miss you so very much you was the best doctor for Karsten and we love you.

Dr mcLevy has been wonderful for our son, we would not want to see anyone else
