When things get difficult, Dr. McCoy bails on pts.
Had several crowns done w/Dr. McCoy several yrs. ago & spent thousands of $. A yr. or so later, one of the crowns kept coming off & after several trips to her office where she tried to secure the crown (unsuccessfully) she referred me to a Prostadontist. Prior to that she referred me to a Periodontics for an implant. She explained to me that once the Periodontics did the implant, she would then fit my partial over the implant. I got a call from her office a month after seeing the Periodontics asking me to come in for a cleaning. I explained that what I wanted was to make an appt so Dr. McCoy could finish her part of securing my partial over my implant. I get another call from this same staff person stating that Dr. McCoy is not comfortable w/trying to secure my partial & suggested I get the Prostadontist to do it. She also said I could also have the Prostadontist do my cleaning as well??? After spending thousands of $ w/Dr. McCoy the minute things get difficult she bails on her pts

The staff is always friendly and courteous. I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes for my appointment time. Dr. McCoy is patient and willing to go over and explain the treatment plan. They never push unwanted services on you.

Dr. McCoy has been my dentist since I moved to Lawrenceville 13 years ago...She is very competent, and has always had my best interests at heart. She has helped me through some TMJ problems, and sent me to a specialist when she detected something on my tongue...She is a real professional, whether I was there for a routine check and cleaning, or something I was concerned about!!! I recommend her HIGHLY!!!

I have been going here for quite a few years now along with my family. Dr. McCoy is easy to talk to, takes time to listen if you have any questions. The staff is wonderful always pleasant, I would highly recommend them !

I had Invis-align performed by Dr. McCoy. She has a pleasant personality and wonderful bed side manner. I have started using her office for cleanings and check-ups. The office was very nice and clean. All of the staff are very friendly. Her assistants made the stress of going to the dentist not so stressful. The office in Suwanee looks brand new. They have massage chairs and televisions to keep you calm. A+++
