Dr. Jennifer Loomis, DO

Front desk was not very professional nor friendly. First time meeting this doctor. Appointment was rushed. Never introduced herself to me when she walked in the room. Loomis spent only five minutes with me. Terrible bed side manner. Didn't even care to hear me or my issues. Just walked out without saying goodbye. I was stunned at her behavior! After that, she had her PA try to sell me supplements. Waist of time. The sad thing is I changed my medical group to see her since she was 'functional medicine.' An FM is a systems approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. That is NOT what I experienced!! I do not recommend.

Dr. Loomis has continued to let me down. Does not hear what I am saying about how I am feeling, even with test results supporting my claims she continues to not listen to me and how I am feeling. I am super frustrated, have given it many visits thinking it would get better. Poor communicator, talks down to you and just doesn’t hear you. Wrong fit for me. She came highly recommended and I am SO disappointed.

Her only is concerned with money, not any wellbeing of a patient. She is hard to get a hold of and staff never returns phone calls nor answers any pharmacy. It’s ridiculous trying to get a prescription refilled. I’m searching for another doctor because she has treated me poorly and acted real surprised when I mentioned my education like she is the only person worthy of a degree. She more of a pusher for her overpriced supplements and it’s sickening that a doctor like her would demean patients. Since I have seen her, my whole mental health has significantly gotten worse. She shows no concern and is more worried about her supplements than the health of a patient. She acts like she will help only to turn a blind eye. She ignores you when you have a question or doesn’t want to talk about it. I am a very flexible person, but the treatment she gave me shouldn’t even include any stars. Save your time and money!!!

WORST DOCTOR OF MY LIFE! she does not care about you only your payment. Never sends in prescriptions when she says she will, you have to chase her down. Lazy rude staff that doesn't answer phones and talks poorly of patients in front of other patients, Dr loomis tries to pad the bill as much as possible with her overpriced supplements, unnecessary visits and tests, leaves you waiting min 45 to 1.5 past appointment every single time. Gets defensive if you question her or ask for explanation regarding your care. Prescribed 2 new medications (her recommendation) that had huge contradictions to each other! Thankfully the pharmacist was aware of her incompetence and warned me. Apparently many other patients are experiencing the same issues according to the pharmacy. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE!

Doctor Kim is very caring physician, after move to this area, I had so many health issue, she pay attention to listen what I say. And arrange specialist to help me, I am so lucky have her as my doctor.

Dr Kim denied treating my mother who contracted covid stating reasons was she wasn't vaccinated. My mom sought Dr Kim's care for years only to be turned away in her time of need. She even scolded my elderly parent which I find repulsive. As a first responder myself I don't treat patients in this manner no matter their race religion or vaccination status. My mom is in a coma now fighting for her life I will seek medical malfeasance from this pathetic person that calls herself a doctor. Nobody should be treated in this manner. I don't recommend this person or the over priced vitamins she tries to sell patients. Eventually everyone will be held responsible for the lack of compassion shown to those who suffered.

Dr. Kim is very thorough in her exams and tests. I am very happy with her as my primary Dr.

I have been very happy with Dr. Kim for many years as my primary doctor. She has always been friendly, caring and very efficient at monitoring all my test results. I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor and her friendly staff.

Dr. Kim has been my primary care physician since 2013. She cares about my complete body health. Not only is she concerned with treating sickness but she is even more concerned with overall wellness. She takes the time to give treatment plan and preventative measures to ensure over all health. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kim for several years now. She is wonderful! She always makes time for us and gives us her undivided attention. My husband has had some serious health issues which have required Dr. Kim to refer him to specialists. She follows up with a phone call to us to check on his treatment. We feel safe and well cared for with her looking out for us. She makes us feel like we are her family!

Dr. Kim has been my primary care doctor for many years and she is the best at monitoring, treating and maintaining my overall health and well being. I couldn't ask for more attention whether I'm in the office or calling in with a quick concern. Dr. Kim treats me very well. I am blessed to have Dr. Kim as my primary care physician. Working in healthcare causes me to be very picky about doctors. I absolutely recommend her as a family physician!! I have never had a doctor take such an interest in my health in every way! Dr. Kim spends time with me. I never feel rushed in her office. She truly treats the mind, body, and spirit. I have lupus and she addresses it more than my rheumatologist does! Her staff is very kind and personable and she even has a nutritionist on staff. I'm truly happy being her patient!

Dr. Kim is in it for the money, not the patients. She shills bars and powders that are all part of some protocol that she never explains. She never smiles and comes off as defensive if you ask any questions. I need to see a specialist about one of my test results and her recommendation was to choose a woman doctor because I seem to need detailed explanations?! Her staff are not very helpful and made more mistakes with test results and prescriptions than should be OK.
