I felt as though she was not interested in my concerns and would brush them off in her responses. I did not appreciate her not allowing me to reply to any of her emails, and having to write brand new ones rather than just having a conversation. She did not listen to my mental health concerns only my physical health. I did not feel like she genuinely cared about myself or my well being. I want a doctor who is less business-like and more personable.

She is caring, make appropriate referrals as well.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Houston for over nine years and are happy with her care. When appropriate, she makes referrals to specialists.

Dr. Houston is a trusted, well informed physician
I have worked with Dr. Houston for over ten years, she is an exceptional physical who takes time, listens, and will refer to specialists if needed. She monitors my health with medical testing. I would recommend her to any one looking for excellence in primary care..

Late. Always Late to appointments
Worst part about visit is that she is always LATE! By almost an hour!
